We believe in Pyjamas parties.....
We have a very limited number of Sleep Over spots available. We believe in quality care over quantity care.
We believe the best way to provide the best care, is to limit the number of dogs so
we suggest booking well in advance.
Our overnight care is exclusive to
our Daycare Clients Only.
We care about the dogs and want to be sure they are comfortable with all of us and have
dogs they are familiar with to play with.

Check In Time is 5-6pm on weekends/holidays or anytime during regular daycare hours. Check out time 9-10am.. Late check out requires additional daycare or a late check out fee of $30. This option is for boarding only and does not include daycare. See below for options that do include daycare. This basic option is basically for the dog just staying the night. Any dog staying more than one night must select either the per night option or the VIP>

Late check out requires additional late check out fee of $30. Multiple day stay includes day-care except the day of check out past 9am. If you need other arrangements please feel free to discuss with us.

Depending on availability - we may be able to offer a discount on 2nd dogs from the same household.

All inclusive pay one price per night. Get Cage Free option, dog daycare, a bath before going home, nightly stuffed KONGS, dog walking down the trail, photos and more. No additional fees. This is an all inclusive package. Pick up time can be anytime if during daycare hours. Otherwise it is 9-10am on non daycare days.

Note
Please note that 6 foot long dog runs are used during floor cleaning time, feeding time, chewing on stuffed kongs etc., time outs and rest. This is a safety issue and most dogs prefer to eat in peace. Dogs can be in a crate at night upon owner's request to match crate training at home or to suit some dogs as they prefer to sleep in a crate. Talk with us to discuss how we can make your dog's stay with us as enjoyable and stress free as possible.

Bathing

This is basic bath and air dry. No brushing, clipping etc. Price starts at $25 + depending on breed, size, coat etc. Please note that any dogs that stay more than 3 nights, will receive a complimentary bath. Dogs that won't air dry in time or dogs with coats easily matted will not be bathed.
We use only premium bath products. Full grooming services coming soon!
Stuffed Kongs

We offer a variety of Stuffed Kongs we know your dog will love. Salmon, Liver, Rabbit or Just peanut butter with cheese. This is a wonderful bed time treat. Chewing is the #1 way to relieve stress. We do our best to make the dogs as comfy as we can. This is highly recommended!
Cage Free Option

Your dog will enjoy free time, play with other dogs and when possible, can be loose in our facility and have the choice of sleeping on the Futons, the dog beds, the floor, an open kennel etc. *Conditions apply. Fee is per night.
Trail Walk

If you want your dog to enjoy a change of scenery... we have the most lovely trails right outside our door and our professional dog walker will happily take your dog for a minimum 30 minute walk.
Medicine Administration

No Charge to administer meds. Owner should supply Pill Pockets.
All dogs must have one of the following to be accepted for boarding: 1) Attended Daycare in the last 60days 2) Boarded with us in the last 60 days 3) Had an EV day with us in the last 30 days

Puptown is not your typical dog boarding Kennel.
Our dog kennel offers all day play in our dog daycare and is conveniently located in Waterloo on University Ave just off the expressway.
Below is our regular hours. See pick up and drop off times for overnight care.
