All dogs attending PUPTOWN Waterloo must become Puptown Members and members get great benefits !! All Dog Daycare must be booked in advance. No-shows for cancellations received less than 2 full business days will be billed to the account. Please be sure to read the details of each option. We have done our best to provide you with a variety of options to suit your needs.

Daycare clients are welcome to board their dog with us overnight.
Not all daycares operate the same!
Our dog daycare is based on a fully supervised day with your dog being free to play, rest and interact with staff and other dogs. We have a variety of toys for added enrichment and comfy beds. We have a zero tolerance for aggression and do not use our clients dogs to rehab dogs with aggression issues.Kennels are only used for dogs requiring a short break or private rest. Our staff are experienced, receive ongoing education and are certified in Pet First Aid. Our facility is air conditioned

Daycare is normally closed on all Stat Holidays.

What is an Evaluation Day?
- The evaluation day occurs during regular daycare hours
- The evaluation day entails you dropping your dog off in the morning and leaving him/her with us for the day.
- We need time to establish a relationship with your dog, determine suitability of temperament and then slowly introduce your dog to the dogs in our care.
- Sometimes, we require a second visit and there is no charge for that.
- Once integrated, your dog will enjoy playing with the other dogs

- We can provide bathing and nail trims while your dog is in daycare

- Yes of course we would be happy to feed your dog. Just supply us the portioned food, in a non-glass container with your dog's name and description

We have over 25 yrs experience and we believe that the evaluation should never be rushed. We can only accept 2 new dogs for evaluation per day for Dog Daycare so please book in advance. The upcoming Dog boarding service will be limited only to PupTown Waterloo clients. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice

Dog Daycare Full Days
All Dog Daycare must be prepaid before a booking can be made. No refunds for no-shows or cancellations received without 2 business days notice. Our daycare restricts the number of dogs therefore the spots booked are limited. We strongly recommend you book your days in advance to ensure you get the days that you need. We do not have any walk-in daycare. * Please note that due to an increase in wages and rent there is a price increase in effect Oct 5th. Prices below override any other publish
Full Day (Pay-as-go Price)

Five Day Full Days Pass
These Dog Daycare days must be booked and must be used within 3 months from date of purchase
Ten Day Full Days Pass
These Dog Daycare days must be booked and must be used within 3 months from date of purchase
Week Pass - Full Week
These Dog Daycare days must be booked and are for use within the same week. Unused visits cannot be transferred to the following week.

Saturday Daycare opens at 8am

Week Pass - 3 visits per week

Month Pass VIP! - Unlimited
This package gives you unlimited Daycare reservations within a one month period.
There are a limited # of these passes available.
Unused visits cannot be transferred or postponed.
Month Pass of 8 Visits -
These Dog Daycare days must be booked and are for use within the same month. Unused visits cannot be transferred or postponed.
Puppies Special Offer
These Dog Daycare prices are for Puppies under 6 months of age.
Introductory Package for New Puppies only
Three Full days of Dog Daycare anytime from open-close booked in advance - This is a one week pass. the 3 days must be used within the same week.
Half Day Daycare - All ages
This is for half days Dog Daycare . Half day is 7am-12:30pm (Pick up and drop off is anytime with the range.). Late pick up will count as a full day. By Appointment only.Limited availability. Half days are not available on Wednesdays.
Half Day Pay-as-go Price
Dog Daycare Booked in advance - Half day is 7am-12:30pm (Pick up and drop off is anytime with the range.). Half Days are not available on Wednesdays

Membership & New Dogs
All dogs attending Puptown Dog Daycare& Dog boarding must be members. Clients that were in good standing at the Wag Inn, will be given complimentary membership for 2022. We want to ensure a good experience for everyone and in order to do this, new dogs will need to undergo an evaluation/trial visit. Members will receive exclusive discounts and offers in the Puptown Retail Store
Special Introductory Reduced Membership Fee
All dogs must be a member of Puptown. This fee will be issued a store credit if daycare is not a match for your dog.
Evaluation Fee
All new dogs for Dog Daycare will need to have a daycare evaluation. The fee includes the membership fee for the current year, which would be refunded ($25) if daycare turns out not to be a match. The evaluation fee includes the day at daycare.
